Every Paragon project is bespoke, so timelines vary based on complexity and scale. Generally, a custom home can take anywhere from 12 to 24 months, while luxury remodels vary based on the scope. During our initial consultation, we provide a preliminary schedule to align with your expectations.

Transparency is a pillar of our service. You will have a dedicated project manager and access to our digital client portal, where you can view daily logs, photo updates, schedule changes, and budget tracking in real-time.

We specialize in the surrounding Dallas areas. However, for the right project, we are always open to discussing builds in new locations.

Absolutely. Paragon Luxury Homes is fully licensed and carries comprehensive liability and builder’s risk insurance to protect our clients and our craftsmen throughout the duration of the project.
